My Valentine's Day order did not arrive on Valentine's Day at all even 'though I ordered it over a month ago! I wrote to Love and Stem the next day, since their phone wasn't taking any messages, explaining my disappointment in what had happened, and the next day, found the delivery outside my front door! My Sweetie was very pleased with the delivery. The flowers were all fresh and looked just like the photo. of them. While I am generally pleased with the flowers themselves, I think the shop needs to also focus on who does their deliveries, as the first time I ordered, the flowers were left outside on the sidewalk where, thankfully, a building tenant found them and brought them inside to me. If the shop can improve the delivery situation, I believe it can easily earn five stars!
